Crashes with El Capitan on my MacBook

Update: New update works well on El Capitan.

Update: The nice people at Atypical Games gave me a "work around” to be able to play the game, It is a bit cumbersome but I’m able to play.
So it is back up to 4 stars (5, as soon as everything works properly).

Game worked fine until I updated to El Capitan, now it won’t launch at all; that is the reason for the two stars.
It is a great game, but if you have El Capitan on your system you should think twice before purchasing it.
I’ll update this post as soon as the issue is fixed; it’s been a week so far, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
