Great…until it force quit on me!

This game was amazing. I loved it. But then it crashed and force quit on me and I lost everything. I had a ton of slots in my backpack with a full inventory and lots off good items. I had completed many of the dig sites as well. Now I am back to a five-slot backpack and have none of my items at all. I have noticed that other people have this issue as well. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I am also running the newest OS on a 2014 Macbook Pro. This should not happen and I can’t play the game again until I know that I’m not going to lose all my progress. FIX THE ISSUE.

Great Game Few Bugs

This game has great potential i would like to see the updates they come up with this is a great game, like a better version of dead island with great map and free roam. This game would be great with online Co-Op

R.I.P Some Headphone Users

Opening the game for the first time, an EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE just played. Is this a glitch or what? If they don’t fix this then I wasted my money for this. ABSOLUTE 1 STAR. You made my heart race so fast so please fix this game so I could freaking play this game and give how many stars it should have.

Great game for the $

This i quite an immersive game for $3. i find myself spending hours (time i deff could do something else with) creating boxes to store my loot in and organizing it. But it all seems somewhat worth it. The game is very fun from a survival standpoint, animals and zombies. Dont fall from anywhere! And the nights are pretty hostile, its best to find a nice place to cozy up to a fire and craft things. I deff reccomend this game. Ive paid more money for less of a game on other digital mediums. A cheers to the developers and i hope they creat more games!

Are you Kidding me? This is great.

I don’t know about anyone else’s machine but I am running this on the new iMac 5K and it runs great and what a fun game. At first I wasn’t sure but then when I figured out how to mine, and craft items then exploring…I was hooked. Have sunk several fun hours into playing this game without regrets at paying a few bucks for it. Exploring the island is fun, but maybe check the internet to figure out how to mine certain ores to make bullets (once you have the rifle). It’s not a hard game once you get the hang of it and I know I love it.

STUPID Noise at The Beginning

Just as I open the game I was greeted by a LOUD noise in my headphones!!! I want my money back if they don’t fix this!!! All of it! I feel deaf now!!!!! I’m shaking and can’t hear myself think!!! Terrible!!!!!!!

Great Game

This game was by far one of my favorites that I have found on the App Store. Overall, the game is a mixture of Call of Duty and Mine Craft. I recommend starting out by mining and logging as much as you can, in order to build better weapons. In general, I loved this game, however there was one slight issue that seemed to keep happening to me when I climbed down mountains, which was dying randomly while doing so. Aside from that if you want a game that will keep you busy for several hours, I strongly recommend this one.

Great value

Easily the best $3 I have ever spent in the app store.

The Big Lie

before purchasing this game, I wanted to know if it support PS3 gamepad on mac I was happy to receive a confirmation from the game support regards my question this is the email i received: Our games support the PS3 controller. However, you failed to mention the game in question... (the PS3 controller should work on SGSR, Radiation Island, Battle supremacy)   Kind regards, Liviu so I went ahead and bought the cheap game and when i went there, could not find any way to make it work with the ps3 controller emailed them back with no response very disappointed, am not sad on my $3 but just WHY!

Lots of stuff in this game

Good game! Well worth the price. I’m an old retired guy and this game has given me hours of fun, that’s after you figure out how to play it. That’s the one thing that needs improvement, the game has a high learning curve and the intro to the game doesn’t tell you a lot so it’s all trial and error. I’m on a new high end Mac and can play the game at max graphics which are pretty good. Oh yeah….once you find or get one of those purple crystals, put it in your inventory and double click on it, then you can get the good stuff. (if you live long enough)

Love the Mac version!

This game is so awesome on the iPad that I was hoping they would have a Mac version, and sure enough it came like thief in the night just like it’s iOS version. Someone mentioned they had a hard time setting up their PS3 controller, but myself on the other hand had not issues other than having to recharge my controller for I haven’t used it in sometime. Long story short this game fits so perfectly on my Mac that I had deleted the iOS version off my iPad. Not because it was terrible but for the fact a game this big deserves to be played on a console or Mac/PC, also needed that 1GB of memory ;) Thanks Atypical Games for I’ve been a fan of some of your work since SGAS.

Crash-tastic

OS X Yosemite, Late 2011 13” MBP - all it does crash, run corrupted graphics, never gets past the intro and to the gameplay. Also discovered that when it comes to the Mac App Store "All sales and rentals of products are final.”, so I’m done with the Mac App Store and given the way Apple has been managing its business and product lines recently, I’m getting close to being done with Apple.

Great game!!! but...

I absolutely love this game and nearly everything about it!! It is a wonderful game for under 10 dollars and it has no equal for its price. But there are a few issues: 1. All player movement animations are really wacky and sometimes glitchy. 2. Animals will flip out when touching some objects and start doing flips. 3. The Katana zombies go crazy and run in random directions and only sometimes chase you instead of other things. 4. mountain climbing is really buggy, with animals aswell. 5. The new structures you can build will be too spaced out and you can fall through them. 6. Stuff breaks way to easily, especially titanium axes. P.S.- I would love it if you added more neutral entities and way more zombies/hostile animals!!! Maybe some mutated animals or even a huge mutated animal as a boss!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Fun survival game.

This is really a “great” game for the price. There’s a lot to do. It’s challenging. The music is moody and fitting. The graphics are quite decent. So essentially, in this game, you are stranded on a mysterious island and you need to collect, harvest, mine, hunt/kill, and discover your way off the island. You will find many things in your travels to help you on your way. But, don’t forget, you will be challenged by some frightful enemy beings that aren’t what they seem. In the meantime, you can find shelter, craft new weapons, items and objects to use, and use your mental skills to unravel the mysteries of this magical world. If you persist, you will be rewarded, but in the meantime, just try to keep your wits.

Creepy and Mysterious, it’s Myst + Lost + FPS

If you were a fan of Lost or the classic adventure game Myst you’re going to love this game. It’s like both of those combined together with a FPS game. This is a lot of game for the price. It’s an absolute steal. It’s a bit of everything and they really did a good job of making it feel creepy with the visuals and sound effects. There are day and night cycles and as you see the skies get darker, a sense of foreboding hits you as you try to make it back to your camp before the night creatures come out for you. It’s amazing how engrossing the game world is. The only drawback is that like certain FPS games, you can get motion sick and it can get a little repetiitive after you figure out how the game works and you’ve built up your weapons and ammo… but at $2.99… you can’t find anything better at this price.

3rd person problems

How i get the 3rd person to work so i can see my person

Love it so far!

I have been playing about 4 hours? Enthralled, waaaay worth the $2.99 price tag. I didn’t make it much out of the startign area because I was hoarding stuff, but I think you could get to the more “storyline” part of the game much quicker if you wanted to. Graphics are good, controls are pretty good. I really like it. THANKS!

Excellent Game, Huge Bug

This game is excellent. Great open world, crafting, expoloration, survival. Only issue is that if it crashes all of your items and all of your progress gets erased. After 10 hours of gameplay all of my progress is gone. Worth starting over? Sure. But, I’m concerned it will happen again. Would love to hear from the developers about this because it’s happened to several people on the web. Will definitely upgrade to 5 stars when the problem is resolved.

Finished the game in a week

After countless hours digging up every single X in the map, shooting zombies and predators alike, hoarding guns, ammo, food and first aid items, I can say this game is awesome. For 3 dollars you get 4 open-world islands to explore, you get to craft items like a true survivor, and you get a good storyline to match. The only downside to all of it was that there were a bunch of crashes and computer restarts. Luckily I didn’t lose my inventory, but the fact that it happened shows how unstable the game is on a 2010 MacBook Pro running OSX Mavericks. Aside from that, climbing up/down mountains is awkward (same for the animals), my player will continue to whack in 3rd person even when he’s done cutting wood/stone (glitch), and when I’m ready to enter a Tesla tower base, sometimes ALL the zombies come at me at once, sometimes they don’t. Its very erratic and random. All in all its a good game for the price, just needs tweaking and support for older MacBooks.

A Blast

Even my 13 year old daughter said “It’s a great game for 3 dollars!” Kinda lacking in information on how to do or use some things but you eventually figure it out. GREAT VALUE hands down.
